    Founder of a community research company for government and non-government organizations. Activities include development and implementation of evaluation plans for special programs, projects, needs assessments, customer service satisfaction and hard to reach populations. Technical assistance and evaluation training. Projects include: Houston Community Planning Group evaluation; Housing for HIV+ women; empowerment programs for people with HIV; recruitment and development of potential providers for disease prevention programs; program and curriculum development for disease prevention; site-based debt counseling programs, and development of a national on-line counseling program. Clients include the City of Houston Health Department, Harris County, AIDS Foundation Houston, Montrose Counseling Center, People With AIDS Coalition, Inc., The Center for AIDS Hope and Remembrance Project, The Houston HIV Regional Resource Group, University of Texas Medical Branch Health Management Organization, Harris County-Ryan White Planning Council.

    Clinic Manager: Responsible for program development, marketing strategies and implementation, policies and procedures, staff development, and management, budgeting, forecasting and customer service. Programs under this umbrella addressed wellness and disease prevention. Special project: development of community-based education program for diabetes education in minority populations.
