Needs assessments are used with every type of community and project and provides you with specific information about your area of interest or concern. It involves seeking out information from a variety of sources to determine what is happening. For example, if your organization is running short on volunteers, you may want to assess the needs of the volunteers to see if the opportunities afforded by your organization are meeting their needs.

We can work with your organization to design an instrument(s) and a methodology to gather the necessary information from service providers, community members, and key informants. With this information, you can then make educated decisions about current and future programming, organizational planning, and funding.
