During our meeting, we can visit with you, key staff, and/or board members to learn about your organization and evaluation needs. Bringing evaluation expertise to your program in the initial stages of planning will allow for the most efficient and cost effective evaluation approach. We can create an evaluation design and provide you with the instruments to collect qualitative and quantitative information to not only guide your program and inform you on your progress, but also provide you with information about your program successes and challenges.

We will train staff involved in the evaluation effort, conduct the data entry and analysis, and provide you with a report for your board and grant maker.
